I will ensure access to abortion and expand services for reproductive care.
Women have made incredible strides in our fight for equality and access to healthcare, but it’s clear we still have a long road ahead. Since the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, many legislators in the Virginia General Assembly are making moves that would restrict women’s rights to make decisions about their bodies with the support of trained professionals – an action which has real consequences on vulnerable individuals’ lives.
Let us not forget what our female predecessors taught us; any person who deems themself fit enough to rule over someone else’s autonomy must be met with resistance. Your vote for me in November is a cornerstone of that resistance. We need leaders in the Senate who truly understand what it means for women to make their own healthcare decisions, especially when faced with difficult choices surrounding abortion access. I’ve experienced firsthand how hard this can be, which gives me a better insight into why we must focus on providing adequate care without infringing upon your rights as autonomous beings.
The decision to seek abortion care belongs to those making that choice for themselves with the support of physicians – let’s stand together and fight so all people can receive necessary resources!
Virginia’s public schools have long seen inadequate funding, and now legislators in Richmond are threatening to take away even more. But we won’t let that happen! We’ll fight the good fight for proper education resources so that our youth get every opportunity they deserve.
With an education rooted in Fairfax County public schools and seven children gaining valuable knowledge from public education, I’m a passionate advocate for all families having access to quality educational options – whether that be through traditional schooling, private or homeschooling. It’s crucial that students receive personalized opportunities tailored to their individual needs!
Together we can create a brighter future where all children – no matter their background or circumstance – receive targeted investments across the Commonwealth for top-notch schooling provision. Let’s join forces to bring about real change: record investment into Virginia’s public schools plus exploring alternatives for families who choose school choice as an option!
Our 27th Senate District is home to a vibrant mix of city, suburban and rural communities – each with its own unique transportation needs. I have the knowledge required to deliver solutions and much needed funding for our area’s vital infrastructure systems, helping local economies grow and boosting opportunities in our business community.
I am ready to leverage bipartisan relationships and my in-depth knowledge of our region’s transportation needs to secure necessary funding that will benefit everyone in this special hybrid district – from city dwellers, suburbanites and rural folks alike. You can count on me to make sure quality of life improves across all areas while helping local economies thrive from improved public transportation.
With my experience on transportation boards (Fredericksburg Area Metropolitan Planning Organization Policy Board (FAMPO), VRE Policy Board & Potomac Rappahannock Transportation Commission (PRTC)) as well as knowledge specific to our region’s challenges around infrastructure funding gaps, work together towards creating innovative solutions for these pressing problems. Well-funded transportation is the key to unlocking quality of life for all!
Your contribution helps us pave a way to victory. Your information will never be sold or given to another campaign.
